I am a devoted author whose heart and imagination shine through her children’s books Passionate about nurturing emotional awareness and self-esteem in young readers. I craft stories that help young children understand their feelings, embrace individuality, and grow with confidence. My writing celebrates empathy and kindness and small but meaningful moments thatshape children. Beyond writing, I enjoy quilting and playing bridge.

I live on a small lake, Lake Lorain, north of the Pocano resort area  in an area called the Endless Mountains. I live with my husband, Dave, and our dog Ginger. We have three grown children, now in their forties. My husband was in the Air Force, so we moved around a bit. We started in Missouri, then Nebraska, and then we spent four wonderful years in Germany. His last assignment was at the Pentagon in Virginia. Dave retired and he and I worked in New York City From there we retired to our Lake house.
